Bio
Born and raised in the picturesque town of Mercedes, Buenos Aires Province,
Argentina, in 1985, Tanna Ramponi has spent over 15 years immersed in the
world of country music. With her deep love for the genre and a wealth of
experience, Tanna has become a celebrated female country artist, captivating
audiences with her heartfelt performances and storytelling.
From an early age, Tanna’s vibrant imagination and playful spirit were
nurtured by her close-knit family. Growing up with three sisters, she embraced
the magic of fairy tales, playhouses, and her cherished collection of dolls. Her
creativity flourished as she crafted her own toys and embarked on imaginative
adventures in the backyard. These formative years also fostered her profound
connection to the countryside, where she spent countless hours helping her
father with the family business and immersing herself in the rustic charm of
rural life.
Tanna’s love for country music was inspired by the classic cowboy films and
the beloved television series The Little House on the Prairie. These
influences, combined with her passion for storytelling, sparked a lifelong
devotion to the rich melodies and narratives that define the genre.
Her music is a tapestry woven from diverse influences, including legends like
Johnny Cash, The Carter Family, George Jones, Tanya Tucker, Tammy
Wynette, Loretta Lynn, Dolly Parton, Ernest Tubb, and Hank Williams Sr.
Alongside the traditional sounds of country, Tanna incorporates elements of
blues and bluegrass, giving her music a distinctive and captivating style.
Tanna’s artistry has taken her to stages across South America, including
prestigious country music festivals in Argentina, Brazil, and Chile. She has
also performed in the heart of country music, gracing stages in Texas and
Tennessee. In 2024, she had the honor of performing at the Texas Sounds
International Country Music Awards, an experience that earned her
recognition from the U.S. National Congress for her contribution to East Texas
performing arts.
With every note she sings, Tanna Ramponi continues to build bridges
between cultures, sharing her unique interpretation of country music with
audiences around the world.
